At PROTEXX Dental Supplies, your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, credit, or exchange – subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns:
– Products must be purchased directly from PROTEXX Dental Supplies.
– Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
– Returns requested after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
– Items must be returned in original packaging and in new, saleable condition.
– Special order items are non-returnable.
– Returns resulting from customer ordering errors will incur a 20% restocking fee.
All returns require prior authorization from PROTEXX Dental Supplies.
Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions regarding the return process. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
For health and safety reasons, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – including gloves, masks, gowns, and disinfectants – is non-refundable, unless the item is received damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can promptly resolve the issue. Documentation or photos may be requested to assist with the claim.
If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately for a replacement. In some cases, the manufacturer may require the defective item for quality control inspection. Please retain the item, its packaging, and any relevant details such as lot number, manufacturing date, or expiration date.
