TAXES

Applicable taxes, including federal, provincial, and harmonized sales taxes, will be charged based on your location. Prices listed on the Site do not include taxes. Taxes will also be applied to shipping and handling charges where required. Refunds on returned items will include applicable taxes but exclude shipping and handling taxes as these charges are non-refundable once the item has shipped.

For tax-exempt purchases, please contact our Customer Service at orders@protexx.ca. Necessary forms and information must be submitted and verified before a tax refund can be processed.
